Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Tuesday Morning

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A winter weather advisory has been issued for the Pittsburgh area beginning Tuesday morning.

The National Weather Service says sleet and freezing rain could be an issue for the morning commute.

Ice is expected to change over to sleet or freezing rain by mid-morning Tuesday.

Forecasters say icy conditions should end by early afternoon.

Hazardous travel conditions are expected, and drivers should use caution.
