Police: Missing/Endangered Boy Assaulted By Other Minors While At Man's Apartment

WILKINSBURG (KDKA) -- A Wilkinsburg man is facing child endangerment charges after several missing juveniles were located where he lives.

Pittsburgh police requested Wilkinsburg police help them look for a missing endangered boy at an apartment building on Center Street in the borough on Monday.

According to the criminal complaint, police saw several juveniles inside the apartment building and then they all ran off. The court document said officers found the endangered boy they were looking for on another street nearby and he told them he was jumped by several kids he did not know in 24-year-old Tyron Scott's apartment.

Scott is now in jail and facing charges. The criminal complaint said Scott allegedly watched the entire attack and did not help the boy or stop the attack. It also states Scott's daughter took part in it. In the complaint it says the boy was forced to drink unknown fluids, strip down and had cologne sprayed in his face.

Police said they also discovered two missing girls in the apartment, one from McKeesport and the other from the city.

Police said there was no furniture, just a single mattress, roaches and other inappropriate items which were very concerning to them because so many juveniles were in the home.

Authorities found out the assault was posted on Facebook and that's why the missing boy's brother called Pittsburgh police.

The juvenile was transported to a hospital to be treated.

Scott is charged with corruption of minors, several counts of endangering welfare of children, and recklessly endangering another person.
