Suspect Charged In Home Invasion Shooting That Left Accomplice Dead

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police have charged a suspect in a home invasion that left his alleged accomplice dead.

They say Tieriq Pinnix fired his gun as he ran from the house on Penn Avenue in August.

Marque Yellets ran out of the back of the house, but was later found dead nearby, still wearing a ski mask.

Police say a search of Pinnix's cell phone showed it was in the area of the shooting that night.
