Western Pennsylvania school closings and delays for Monday, Feb. 17
School closings and delays for Monday morning are coming in across the Pittsburgh area due to winter weather moving through the region.
Heavy rain changed to snow right midday Sunday and winds picked up, gusting to more than 40 mph across the area.
Snow showers are expected to continue off and on before finally ending Monday afternoon.
