Penn American Water Implementing Moratorium On Shut-Offs To Keep Customers Safe

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Penn American Water says it will implement a moratorium on shut-offs in order to keep customers safe amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Along with stopping shut-offs, they are also restoring water service to those who had their water shut off recently.
The company is only tending to essential projects in order to limit exposure and contact between customers and Penn American workers.
