Water Main Break Causes Damage In Penn Hills, Takes Out Retaining Wall

PENN HILLS (KDKA) -- A water main break caused some major damage in Penn Hills Wednesday afternoon.
It happen in the 1200-block of Universal Road.
The water has now been shut off for clean-up and repairs, but the break sent water down one driveway and took out a retaining wall in the back of the home.
The intersection at Universal Road and Stotler Road had to be shut down.
Traffic was backing up in that area as a result.
