West Virginia Murder Suspect Found Dead In Washington Co.

WASHINGTON (KDKA) - A suspect wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in West Virginia was found dead in Washington County Friday morning.

According to the coroner, 32-year-old Brian Calabrese was found dead inside a vehicle in Amwell Township around 8:30 a.m.  He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Dee Frazee, the assistant fire chief in Amwell, spotted a suspicious car.

"Stopped to check it out, and as I approached the vehicle, I realize that the gentleman was deceased," he said.

Calabrese was wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Ohio County, W.Va., Thursday night.

The victim in the case has not been identified, but Calabrese is accused of shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend.

No other information has been released at this time.
