WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) -- A Washington County man is accused of trying to lure teenage girls into his vehicle on multiple occasions.
Washington Police say 22-year-old Dillon Jolly is accused of trying to lure teenage girls into his car near Summerlea Avenue back in September.
According to police, Jolly would follow girls walking home from school in his car, driving slowly, and on several occasions, he would pass them, then come back and ask if they wanted a ride.
The teenage girls told police they ran away from him by going through neighbors' yards.
Police say one of the teens he approached shot a video on her cell phone and managed to get a license plate number, which eventually helped police track down the vehicle and make an arrest.
Jolly is charged with luring a child into a vehicle and stalking with intent to cause emotional distress. He is out on $10,000 bond.
