Washington Co. Man Arrested On Child Sexual Assault Charges
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A 36-year-old Washington County man has been arrested on child sexual assault charges.
Police say Charles Custis Kerr II solicited a 15-year-old victim online for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity, and told the victim he was 26.
The victim agreed and met Kerr near her home in Plum Borough in February. He then allegedly drove her to several locations including his home in Carmichaels, where he engaged in sexual activity with the victim.

Kerr is facing the following charges: Unlawful contact with minor, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with minor, statutory sexual assault, interference with custody of children, corruption of minors, criminal use of communication facility and indecent assault.
He was arrested and released on $50,000 straight cash bond. A preliminary hearing is currently scheduled for Nov, 16.
