Voting Ends Today For Best Cheesesteak In Pennsylvania Contest

PITTSBURGH (KDKA)- The best cheesesteak in Pennsylvania may be right here in Pittsburgh!

Groove Cheesesteak Company, the former Southside Steaks, is in the running for best cheesesteak in the state by USA Today. Currently, they are second in the contest and time is running out to put them over the top!

Groove Cheesesteak Company is the only finalist in the contest from the Pittsburgh area. The restaurant's cheesesteak comes on a soft Italian roll with sauteed onions, peppers and cheese sauce.

They also serve up a "Pittsburgh" version that comes with mozzarella cheese, french fries, lettuce, tomato and coleslaw on it.

You can vote Groove Cheesesteak on to the championship by visiting the contest's website.

Voting ends at noon Monday and the winner will be announced on Friday.
