Vehicle Crashes Into Duplex Porch, Shears Gas Lines
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A vehicle accident prompted the evacuation of a duplex in Homewood on Monday night.
The crash happened around 10:30 p.m. in the 7000-block of Apple Avenue.
According to emergency officials, the vehicle crashed into the duplex's porch and took out two gas lines.
Hazmat teams were called to the scene.
The building was evacuated.
There's no word yet if anyone was injured.
