UPPER ST. CLAIR, Pa. (KDKA) -- A big congratulations to Lieutenant Lillian Caudill on a massive appointment.
Caudill is now the first female line officer in the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department's 82-year history.
"With the support of the Officers and Members, we look forward to working with Lilly for many years to come," the department said on Facebook.
