Two Men Arrested For McKeesport Armed Robbery

MCKEESPORT (KDKA) -- Two men are facing charges for an armed robbery that happened in McKeesport earlier this week.

Joseph Hale and Thomas Cocco are both facing charges.

McKeesport Police say officers responded to Farkas Manor around 10 p.m. Monday for a report of a robbery. The victim told police that two men entered his room and demanded money. One of the suspects allegedly had a semi-automatic weapon and stole cash, a cell phone and a pair of shoes from the victim.

Further investigation led to the arrest of Hale and Cocco. Both are facing multiple charges, including robbery, violation of the uniform firearm act and persons not to possess. Hale and Cocco are being held at the Allegheny County Jail, awaiting a preliminary hearing.
