Truck Slams Into Tree In West Deer Twp.

WEST DEER TWP. (KDKA) -- The driver of a pickup truck has been rushed to the hospital after a pickup truck crashed into a tree in West Deer Township.

It happened around 9 a.m. Thursday on Bakerstown Culmerville Road near Monier Road.

West Deer Police officials report the driver was initially trapped inside the vehicle, but was extracted and taken to the hospital.

It is not clear how badly the driver was injured.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
