65-Year-Old Woman Hit, Killed By Train In Homestead

HOMESTEAD, Pa. (KDKA) - A 65-year-old woman was hit and killed by a train in Homestead.
Dispatchers confirm a person was hit by a train at the Amity Street Crossing in Homestead on Tuesday.
The Allegheny County Police Department said the woman was crossing the roadway when she was hit.
The road is currently under construction.
The police are investigating.
