Tow Truck Driver Crashes Into Brighton Heights Building

BRIGHTON HEIGHTS (KDKA) -- A tow truck driver crashed into a building in Brighton Heights early Saturday afternoon.

Reports of the crash came in just before 12:30 p.m.

According to a witness, the driver appeared to be having a seizure as he crashed into a building on the corner of Lecky Avenue and Brighton Road.

Witness Teresa Moore said the truck was driving down Brighton Road when it quickly veered across the sidewalk and onto a lawn. She says it struck a boulder, which slowed the truck down, before it crashed into the building.

The driver's condition is unknown. No other injuries have been reported.

The truck was towing a vehicle at the time of the crash.
