Man Arrested, Gun Recovered After SWAT Situation In Hill District

Pittsburgh Police and the SWAT team surrounded a home in the Hill District Monday night after a report of shots fired nearby.

Police arrested 28-year-old Anthony Carter. A gun believed to have been used in the shooting was found under a baby in the couch.
