Tired Driver Slams Into Parked Truck, Injures 2 Men

LAWRENCEVILLE (KDKA) - Two men were hurt when a car slammed into the truck they were working on in Lawrenceville.

One of the men says the truck was parked along Butler Street not far from the Pittsburgh Zoo when a car lost control.

The impact pushed the truck forward, which ran over one man and pinned the other against another parked truck.

"The truck ran over my foot and my leg and slammed me into that pole and into the ground. So I started hollering for Steve and he said, 'My leg's busted,'" Bruce Orsborn said.

The man pinned between the two trucks was taken to the hospital.

The driver of the car was not injured and said he was tired from work.
