3 Local Airports To Receive Money For Improvements

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation will pay to renovate three local airports.

The Arnold Palmer Regional Airport will receive $8 million to widen a runway.

The Allegheny County Airport will receive nearly $4 million to rebuild an aircraft parking apron, while the Pittsburgh International Airport will get a half of a million dollars to buy snow removal equipment.
