Suspected Butler Co. Serial Burglar Arrested

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) –A suspected serial burglar in Butler County has been arrested.

According to police, Justin Todd Owens, of Valencia, was taken into custody around 6 p.m. Tuesday.

During questioning, Owens admitted to a string of recent burglaries in Cranberry Township.

The first burglary was reported on Sept.5. at a physician's office on Rowan Road. Since that time, three other burglaries were reported in the area. The most recent incident was reported on Sept. 22.

Owens is being charged with four counts of burglary and is being held in the Butler County Jail.
