Steelers Sign Quarterback, Guard; Release Running Back
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Saturday that they had signed a quarterback and a guard.
The Steelers have signed quarterback Bryn Renner and guard Antoine Everett.
With the addition of Renner, the Steelers now have five quarterbacks on their roster.

To make room for Renner and Everett, they have released running back Christian Powell and waived injured center Valerian Ume-Ezeoke.
The Steelers fell to the Philadelphia Eagles, 17-0, at Thursday night's preseason game. Quarterback Landry Jones threw four interceptions. The Steelers next preseason game will take place Friday, Aug. 26 when the Steelers take on the New Orleans Saints in New Orleans.
