Report: Steelers Sign Veteran Kicker Garrett Hartley

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – It appears the Pittsburgh Steelers have found their replacement for injured kicker Shaun Suisham.

According to his agent, Garrett Hartley has signed with the Steelers.

Last year, Hartley appeared in two games with the Cleveland Browns, where he made all three of his field goal attempts.

Prior to joining the Browns, Hartley spent five years with the New Orleans Saints. In 2013, he played in 14 games and converted 22 of 30 field goals.

The news comes a day after the news broke that Suisham tore his ACL during the team's loss to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

Our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said Suisham will have surgery on his left knee this week.
