Reports: Le'Veon Bell Tore MCL, Could Be Out For Season

PITTSBURGH (KDKA)- Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell left Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals with a right knee injury.

Bell was carted off the field in the second quarter after Vontaze Burfict tackled him and his right knee bent awkwardly.

Bell was ruled out of the game in the third quarter and the Steelers haven't provided an official update on his condition.

Several media outlets, including Steelers Depot, reported that Bell suffered a badly torn MCL and other damage. That would mean his season is over.

That was the same knee he injured last year against the Bengals.

"It's very difficult because you know, he's not just a teammate, he's family," said DeAngelo Williams after the game. "It was tough to see him laying on the ground and hurting and my heart's out to him."
