Steel City Con Brings "The Fonz," Other Celebs To Town

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pittsburgh had its fair share of celebrities in town this weekend.

"Steel City Con," the Comic-Con of Pittsburgh, wrapped up Sunday at the Monroeville Convention Center.

It was aisle after aisle of comics, toys and other pop culture artifacts.

The gang from "Star Wars," "Star Trek" and "Ghostbusters" were there – as well as The Flash and The Fonz.

"It is always fun to be here in Pittsburgh," said Henry Winkler. "These people are so warm and wonderful, and it's great to meet everybody, that, all of these people have seen all the different things and they've read the books that I've written with my partner and now I get to meet them."

Other notable actors were also at the convention, including Michael Dorn and Terry Farrell from "Star Trek"; Peter Mayhew, who played Chewbacca in "Star Wars"; Karyn Parsons, best known for playing Hilary Banks on "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air"; and Ian Petrella, Zach Ward, Scott Schwartz and Yano Anaya, all from "A Christmas Story."

This was the 24th year for "Steel City Con."
