State Senate Approves Bill To Increase Penalties For People Charged With Possession Of Child Porn

HARRISBURG, Pa. (KDKA) -- The state Senate approved a bill to increase the penalties for people charged with possession of child pornography.
Senate Bill 87 would also allow the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing to increase penalties for people who sexually abuse children who they know.
It would also create a task force to review the current laws and make recommendations to improve them.
