State Police To Hold 'PSP Experience' Events In 3 Counties

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Ever wondered what it's like to be a state trooper?

The Pennsylvania State Police will be holding several events to show people how and why certain things are done while making a traffic stop or investigating a crime.

The troopers will also set up a mock traffic stop and a "shoot, don't shoot" exercise.

In Allegheny County, events will be held from Oct. 13 through Nov. 3 at the  YMCA in Homewood. To print out an application, click here.

In Beaver County, events will be held from Oct. 12 through Nov. 2 at the Community College of Beaver County. To print out an application, click here.
