State Police Seek Suspect In White Twp. EZ Mart Robbery

WHITE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- State Police in Indiana County are searching for the suspect who held up a convenience store in White Township on Friday evening.

The robbery happened just before 10 p.m. at the EZ Mart on Ben Franklin Road.

According to police, the suspect was carrying a silver handgun and demanded money from the clerk.

He got away on foot with some money and three packs of cigarettes, state police said.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, about five-feet-seven-inches tall and 180 pounds.

He was wearing a light-green sweatshirt and had a black bandana over his face.
