State Police Seek Help Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect

CARMICHAELS (KDKA) – Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public's help to identify a Greene County bank robbery suspect.

According to state police, the PNC Bank in Carmichaels was robed around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A man wearing a purple bandana over his face pointed a black handgun at a teller and demanded money. He fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money in a 2013 or newer model Chevrolet Malibu.

The suspect is described as being an African-American male about 5-fee-10-inches to 6-feet tall and weighing 200 pounds.
