State House Gives Final Approval To Bill To Give Alleged Child Sex Abuse Victims 2-Year Window To File Civil Lawsuits

HARRISBURG, Pa. (KDKA) -- The state House has given final approval to a bill that would give the victims of alleged child sex abuse a retroactive, two-year window to file civil lawsuits.

The measure, which would change Pennsylvania's Constitution, now moves to the state Senate.

If approved, the measure would be added as a referendum to the ballot in the May primary.
