Man Barricades Himself Inside St. Clair Village Home

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police and the SWAT team were called to a home in St. Clair Village where a man barricaded himself inside Tuesday afternoon.
St. Clair: A standoff in the 900 block of Kohne Street ends peacefully with the arrest of 18-year-old Dashawn Rini. Officers were serving Rini an arrest warrant for aggravated assault when he barricaded himself inside. Rini eventually surrendered and was taken into custody.

The incident happened at the intersection of Fisher and Kohne Streets when 18-year-old Dashawn Rini barricaded himself inside his home.
Officials say police went to the home to serve a warrant and the man refused to come out. Rini was being served an arrest warrant for aggravated assault.
The SWAT team was then called in.
The incident ended shortly before 4 p.m. when police say they took the suspect into custody.
