Man In Stable Condition After Shooting In Spring Hill

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a man was shot in Spring Hill.
Police received a ShotSpotter alert of at least 14 rounds fired in the 100 block Rhine Place on Tuesday night. Officials found the victim, identified as Clinton McLaughlin, and used a tourniquet on his leg to stop the bleeding.
One man was detained from the scene, police say.
That suspect is identified as Christopher Shannon. He is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and other counts.
The investigation is ongoing.
