Spaghetti Warehouse Closing After 28 Years In Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh's Spaghetti Warehouse restaurant is closing after 28 years in the community.

The closure will be effective on Sunday, Aug. 28.

A statement from David Ayers, spokesperson for Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants reads, in part:

To our many guests, we say thank you. We enjoyed serving you, your family and friends. And, it was our pleasure to share in the celebrations that took place over countless lunches and dinners, not to mention birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.

The statement goes on to say that the company is exploring the possibility of opening another restaurant at a new location.
