Sources: Pitt WR Dontez Ford To Undergo Surgery For Broken Collarbone

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – It looks like Pitt will be without one of their star wide receivers for a while.

Sources tell KDKA-TV's Rich Walsh that Dontez Ford is going to have surgery to repair a broken collarbone.

It has not been determined how much time he will miss at this point.

Ford left Pitt's dramatic win over Penn State early and was seen wearing a sling on the sidelines.

Earlier this week, head coach Pat Narduzzi said Ford was questionable for this week's game against Oklahoma State.
