Man Wanted In Connection To Domestic Dispute Taken Into Custody

CENTRAL CITY, Pa. (KDKA) -- A man who was wanted in connection to a domestic dispute in Somerset County was taken into custody Friday night.

State troopers were sent to a home on #1 Road in Shade Township around 1:25 a.m. Thursday for a report of a domestic dispute.

Thirty-four-year-old Justin Wade Hartman, of Central City, Pa., ran from the home with a .22 caliber rifle and allegedly fired shots from the woods at the home after troopers arrived on the scene.

Pennsylvania State Police found Hartman at a home in Shade Township around 8:40 p.m. Friday.

Hartman is facing charges of aggravated assault.
