Snow Plow Slides Into Train In Indiana Co.

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The snowy roads have caused dangerous situations across the Pittsburgh area.

This morning, a PennDOT snow plow slid off the road, hitting a train in Indiana County.

A viewer sent in photos, where the two collided in Rochester Mills.

Reportedly no one was injured.

Slippery roads also caused problems for a police officer in Springdale.

The officer's cruiser slid on some ice, which sent the car across a parking lot and into the side of a veterinarian's office.

Photos of the scene show half of the police cruiser lodged into the side of the building.

Authorities said the officer was OK, but was trapped inside and had to wait to be cut out.
