Two People Taken To The Hospital After Shots Fired In Northview Heights

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Police responded to a shots fired call early Sunday morning in Northview Heights.

Officers say this happened just before 2:00 a.m. on Mt. Pleasant Road.

One woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition for multiple gun shot wounds to the lower body.

A man initially fled the scene but later returned to seek medical attention.

Pittsburgh Police are investigating.
