Shooting In California-Kirkbride Neighborhood Sends 1 To Hospital
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a shooting Wednesday evening on the city's North Side sent one person to the hospital.
The gunfire rang out before 8 p.m. at the corner of Brighton Road and Kirkbride Street in the city's California-Kirkbride neighborhood.
Someone at the scene took the victim to Allegheny General Hospital.
There's no word on the victim's condition or what prompted the shooting.
More than 12 shell casings were reportedly recovered at the scene.
