PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for several counties in the viewing area. The watch is in effect until 10:00 p.m.

UPDATE, 7:16 p.m.: A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for northwestern Allegheny County. Impacted locations are Cranberry, Moon Townhisp, Weirton, Butler, Franklin Park, Aliquippa, Beaver Falls and Monaca.
