WASHINGTON, D.C. (KDKA) -- Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey and his staff gave out candy to members of the National Guard deployed to Washington D.C.
Senator Toomey is the keeper of the Senate Candy Desk.
Care packages were made up with sweets from the leftover stash of goodies.
Pennsylvania candy makers pitch in to provide the sweets.
