Several Injured In I-80 Crash, Including 2 Children

CLARION (KDKA) -- A car accident on I-80 left several people injured Sunday morning.

According to state police in Clarion County, the crash happened on I-80 eastbound at mile marker 67. All lanes of I-80 were closed at Exit 64 for several hours. They have since reopened.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that six people, a 3-year-old child and a 9-year-old child, were injured in a head-on collision between a pick-up truck and another vehicle around 7:30 a.m. The pick-up truck driver reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, crossed into the other lane and crashed into the other car.
