School District Closed Due To Mumps Concerns

SHARPSVILLE (KDKA)- A Mercer County school district will be closed on Monday due to concerns over the mumps.

The Sharpsville Area School District posted an alert on its website, saying all buildings in the district will be closed on Monday.

Along with classes, all athletic events for today are also cancelled.

The school said there is a possibility of mumps in the district.

School will resume on Tuesday, unless otherwise stated.
