Schedule Released For Steelers' 2016 Preseason

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Steelers have announced their 2016 preseason opponents.

For Weeks 1 and 2, the Steelers will be at home.

Preseason Week 1 finds the Detroit Lions coming to town for a game at Heinz Field.

Then, Week 2, the Philadelphia Eagles will cross the state for a game in Pittsburgh.

Week 3 takes the Steelers out on the road to New Orleans to take on the Saints.

The final week finds the Steelers taking on a familiar preseason opponent in the Carolina Panthers. That game will also be on the road.

This will be the 14th consecutive year that the Steelers will conclude the preseason against the Panthers.

All four of the Steelers' preseason games will be televised locally on KDKA-TV. Times and dates for the games have not yet been announced.
