Sale Prices Listed For 5 More Closed Pittsburgh Schools

Five more closed Pittsburgh city schools that are up for sale have asking prices.

The schools selected in this round were based on buyers' interests so far.

The prices were determined by appraised values and a requirement that the sale price must cover any remaining debt on the buildings.

There are now prices listed for Gladstone, Homewood, Horace Mann, Rogers and Sheraden.
