"Safety Tats" Helping To Keep Kids Safe

Parents, ever worry about losing your kid in a crowd?

One mom did something about it.

The "Safety Tat" is a temporary tattoo that lets parents write their contact information.

If a family gets separated, a child can to show their tattoo to someone in charge.

A mom in Louisiana invented it after a family trip. She says it's great for little kids.

The safety tats can also include allergy information, so if your child's headed to a camp or even a new school, the tattoo can help prevent accidental exposures.

A six-pack of safety tats costs about $11. Each one lasts up to a week.
