Woman Taken To Hospital In Two Vehicle Accident In Slippery Rock Township

SLIPPERY ROCK TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A woman was transported to the hospital after a truck collided with her vehicle on Route 422.

The accident occurred just after 5:30 p.m. near Fox Road.

The man inside the truck tried to escape into the woods following the accident, but police located him and he was taken into custody.

The condition of the woman has not been released.
