River Rescue Called To Pull Girl From Water In Baden

BADEN (KDKA) -- River rescue was called out in Beaver County Tuesday afternoon to help a teenager girl after the current pulled her away.

It happened in the Ohio River near Route 65 in Baden.

According to the Beaver County Times, the girl was swimming in the river with friends near Tevebaugh Run Road in Baden when she was pulled downstream.

One of her friends called 911.

Rescuers eventually found the girl downstream near the river bank. She appeared to be okay.
