Reports: Narduzzi Begins To Fill Staff, Loses Both Coordinators

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Since the day Paul Chryst left Pitt for the head coaching job at Wisconsin, there has been much speculation that he would take both offensive coordinator Joe Rudolph and defensive coordinator Matt House with him.

According to Wisconsin football beat Writer Andy Baggot of the Wisconsin State Journal, those moves have been made.

While Rudolph will make a lateral move and remain in the offensive coordinator position, House will no longer be a coordinator, instead becoming the defensive line coach for the Badgers.

With those positions now open, new Pitt Head Coach Pat Narduzzi will have to fill those along with several others.

KDKA-TV's Rich Walsh is reporting that Narduzzi has already begun that process and filled multiple vacancies.

Andre Powell has coached at four different ACC schools and was most recently at Maryland. Powell played at Indiana in Bloomington and recruits Northwest Ohio, Maryland and Virginia.

Walsh is also reporting that Narduzzi's staff should be filled by the end of the week.
