Report: Suspected Meth Lab Found In Car Parked At Walmart

SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- South Strabane Police reportedly discovered a suspected meth lab in a Walmart parking lot.

According to the Observer-Reporter, the state police Clandestine Laboratory Response Team was called Thursday morning after local officers discovered a suspected portable, one-pot methamphetamine lab in the trunk of a vehicle.

Officers searched the vehicle with the help of a K-9 unit after the owner initially refused a search.

The Clandestine Laboratory Response Team was on the scene for five hours, collecting hazardous materials.

The car's driver and one passenger were taken into custody.
