Report: Steelers Host Three More Draft Prospects

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) – According to Kirk Larrabee of 247Sports.com, the Steelers brought in three more college prospects they're looking at possibly drafting.

Unlike any other round of visits the Steelers have held at their facilities, this one involved three players from the same position.

The Steelers are known to be looking for cornerback help in this year's draft, so it should come as no surprise that they hosted three cornerback draft prospects on Monday.

The biggest name involved in this round of meetings was Oregon State cornerback Steven Nelson.  Nelson is rated a third or fourth-round talent.

The two other players visiting were Marshall's cornerback Darryl Roberts and Rice cornerback Bryce Callahan.

Callahan is rated a fifth or sixth-round draft pick.

Roberts, meanwhile, is rated as a late-round draft pick that is intriguing teams after running a 4.36 40-yard dash time at his Pro Day.
