Report: Ron Hextall Offered Penguins' GM Position

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Pittsburgh Penguins search for a new general manager may be inching closer towards an ending.
According to a new report from TSN Hockey Reporter Frank Seravalli, former Philadelphia Flyers general manager and goaltender Ron Hextall has been offered the job.
Ron Hextall has been offered the GM job of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Two sides are talking numbers at this point, but it's possible that a handshake agreement is in place as soon as today. #TSN

An earlier report said Hextall had a second interview with the Penguins about the job vacancy.
